Rather, you had Brogan keep me on hold for 15 minutes and sent a shaky voice associate to ‘break the news’ that you have god awful customer service and reasoning skills. Not just a bad businessman but a bad boss too. Seems like you’re still pretty familiar with the situation. Maybe you’re familiar with your associates threats over the phone if I chose to cancel my insurance through you. Pretty sure you lose a license for that.

Turns out you're not just bad at customer service or being a poor leader for your associates, you're also about $550/yr MORE expensive than Geico, plus I was even able to up some of their options and add full tort.
